Bio-Mech Athletic's Goals and Services for Sport Specific Athletes

Provide exercise instruction and deliver group and/or individual (one to one) training sessions, in a guided manner to individuals of all training backgrounds.

Most age groups are welcome, from athletes in their teens to college level athletes aiming to effectively transition the gains made in the weight room to the court/field. Those of which include injury mitigation, speed, agility, explosiveness, aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, vertical/horizontal jumping. Quarterly testing is made for pinpointing athletic needs and progression.
