At BioMech Athletics, we believe fitness is strongest when it’s built together. Our mission is to help individuals of all ages and backgrounds achieve their personal fitness goals through our personalized training programs and community. Each program is designed with proper exercise technique in mind to reduce the risk of injury—whether training for sport, lifting heavy weights, or staying active independently. We are committed to creating a safe, and a supportive community where individuals can build confidence while learning how to move effectively and train with purpose.

Beyond training, we encourage healthy habits that support long-term well-being, including proper rest, recovery, and nutrition to maintain overall balance and performance. At BioMech Athletics, we aim to help build not just stronger bodies, but healthier lifestyles. We focus on teaching sustainable habits, improving movement quality, and promoting consistency. Our Staff

Javier Diaz

Javiez Diaz earned his degree in Kinesiology from UTEP. Javy has vast experience in training different types of athletes and various age groups. Javy is passionate about his craft. Javy will personalize your training program. He changed the lives of many from teenage high athletes to retired mothers. Javy will assess your progress periodically. Javy works and lives by example and stays fit himself.

Education:

Graduated The University of El Paso with a B.S in Kinesiology.

Experience:

5 years in Strength training groups and individuals and 4 Years of experience as an exercise Physiologist.

Interests:

Strength and conditioning training, Music, Soccer, and Golf
